Built as a response to broken consulting models.
We were tired of seeing businesses locked into long contracts, slow delivery timelines, and systems that looked good on paper but never worked in practice.

Once live, the system runs in real conditions. We track clear, agreed metrics such as response time, captured enquiries, or reduced manual work.
This is where assumptions get tested.
